Every caregiver at Homebase Angel Care is carefully selected and professionally prepared before they ever step into a client’s home. We look for individuals who bring not just skill and experience but genuine kindness, patience, and reliability to their work. Each caregiver holds a valid fingerprint clearance card, passes a thorough background check, and carries current CPR and First Aid certification.
Beyond credentials, we look for people who truly care about others. That quality cannot be taught in a training room. It has to already be there, and we take the time to make sure it is before anyone joins our team.
