Non-Medical Disclaimer
Homebase Angel Care provides non-medical, in-home care services only. We do not provide medical care, nursing services, or administer medications. Any medical needs should be directed to a licensed healthcare professional.
Deposit, Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
To reserve services, Homebase Angel Care requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services. This deposit secures your caregiver and scheduled time.
Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled shift.
Deposits are non-refundable once services have been scheduled. However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, deposits may be applied as a credit toward a future service date.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Service Policy
Homebase Angel Care provides personalized, non-medical support tailored to each client’s needs. Services may include assistance with daily living activities, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
All services are scheduled based on availability and client needs.
Caregiver Standards
At Homebase Angel Care, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. Every caregiver we work with is carefully screened and must meet our professional standards.
All caregivers are required to have:
- A valid fingerprint clearance card
- A completed background check
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Relevant caregiving experience (preferred)
